I use Nagios a fair amount in both my professional and personal life, so I end up writing quite a few plugins for it. Some of the plugins I have published are:

• check_megaraid_sas - Checks the health of volumes/disk on an LSI Megaraid SAS/SATA RAID controller (includes Dell PERC5 and PERC6)
• check_p4_license - Monitor the expiration date of your Perforce server's license
